Initially, Abigail comes off as a frightened little girl who’s afraid of being laughed at. She tends to be shy and she does not open up to others easily due to her trust issues. However, once comfortable, she will be bubby and talkative, and she will love spending her time with others. She is selfless and loves making people happy in addition to helping those in need. If she sacrifices her food or sleep for you, you’re special to her. She is a curious person and will go overboard to satisfy her curiosity, which explains her hobby of profiling people and analyzing them in her head. That also explains her high observance of things surrounding her.
Once conquered with her fears, she will change into a distant, cold and reserved person. She loses control of her power which puts her and others at risk.

History:

Being raised in a small village in the arms of a young couple, her life was ordinary and comfortable. The villagers there always awoke whenever the sun would rise; every dawn was filled with energy. Everyone, from old people to youthful teens would all work hand in hand to keep the place suitable for a living. Each and every one of them did their best so they and their loved ones would live in harmony with no help needed from the citizens.
Life was not easy, despite the strong connections between everyone who had lived on the same ground.
Especially not to Mia, who had been born with a pair of weak lungs. She wasn't able to help her young parents; she couldn’t even go outside to play with the other toddlers. She would merely watch them from afar behind the large window that taunted her, mocked her, as she sat alone knowing exactly what would happen if she joined them.
It was a traumatizing experience for the open and talkative toddler to have fainted when playing tag with the other children, leaving her worried parents with no option but to ban the poor child from playing outside.
The only thrill and happiness she got was when she would sneak out during daytime on a daily basis when her parents were working, to nowhere other than the arms of the forest that sat behind their house; spreading its green garment in delight.
The fresh air, the sound of the birds chirping as they roamed above her head brought her pure ecstasy. The smell of the green grass, the colors of the fresh fruits that stand out from under the branches, and even the moldy ponds of water that she’d splash away as she jogged through the path would always form a genuine smile on her face that was a rare sight to see, even to her loving parents.

By the time she was ten years old, the forest was her second home. She knew every inch of it like the back of her hand. It was her only gateway, her only friend, her only escape…

But little did the child know what was to come and change her life forever.

It was just another ordinary day in to the oblivious Mia, before she stood and eyed her path that led her back home.. Only to see an unfamiliar figure standing there, blocking it. He appeared physically intimidating, and could seemingly gulf the petite girl in his palm.
She stood silently, staring at his sharp eyes that appeared through the holes in his mask. Her mind screamed RUN, but her body was paralyzed, completely ignoring her brain’s demands. The figure hurled towards her, a large bag in his hand…

And the rest was a blur to her mind. It was a blessing in disguise, to bare her from the agony and pain that it caused.

She awoke in a glass tube, filled with a transparent green liquid. She quickly squeezed her eyes shut as she felt a stinging sensation with the fluid entering her eyes. She tried to speak, to scream… But instead of a voice, only bubbles escaped from her lips. She frantically moved her hands, reaching out for the front of the tube. She banged once, twice, thrice in a desperate attempt to break free. She felt suffocated, not only physically but emotionally. She had so many questions wandering through her mind that she could not answer; it was all unbearable to her.
She banged once more against the glass before it shattered, the melody it sang as it broke to shards pleased her. She slowly opened her eyes, revealing unfamiliar surroundings. They were so many vials, filled with colored liquids that sat on large tables along with many monitor screens. She turned to eye her broken tube, only to notice it was merely one of many large tubes that stood in a neat row. She gulped, as she slowly reached out to touch the tube that was right next to her. Inside was a young boy, completely naked and unconscious, floating in a transparent blue liquid. She knocked on the tube, hoping to provoke a reaction but to no avail.
“Hey! Who are you and how did you….” An unfamiliar voice that came from behind her trailed off. She quickly turned around, alarmed.
There stood a man in a white lab coat, utterly astonished as he seemed to notice the broken tube that stood behind her. He looked at her like she was something that was out of this world.
“Stay back!” She shouted, glaring at him. “Don’t you dare get closer!” She sharply threatened, trying to keep the fear from seeping through her body language, but failed as her whole body trembled.

Her words fell on deaf ears as the scientist slowly approached. “I SAID. STAY. BACK!!” She snarled, statics of electricity suddenly dancing between her slender fingers. She extended her arm and the static extended beyond it, electrifying him for a good ten seconds before he dropped dead.

She felt her energy drop all at once, and then she fell to the ground. She panted heavily, cold sweat breaking out of the pores of her forehead. She knew she had to act, and QUICK, if she wanted to escape alive. She frantically crawled towards the dead scientist and took off his lab coat, covering her own naked body with it before she opened the window. It was a one story fall, and she thanked the heavens for that as she hopped down, sprinting as far away as she could.

It wasn’t until her feet got sore that she realized she was far enough. She stopped to catch her breath in a dark alley as she watched the full moon above. And then it sank in.
None of what had happened seemed real to her, but it was, no matter how much she denied it.

A few people walked by, giving her weird glances and exchanging whispers and looks. The look they gave her was the same one the scientist wore when he glanced at her. She felt uneasy about it. She knew something was off about her, and it certainly was not only the strange ability she had that killed that man.
She strolled down the dark streets a little bit, her legs barley holding her, until she stumbled upon a clothing shop. She went inside and ran straight towards the fitting room. She had to see what they saw.
She stood in front of the mirror and immediately gasped.
Staring back at her was a teenage girl with white hair, turquoise strands standing out like paint in a snowfield. White, large bunny ears flat on each side of her head. She walked closer and noticed the girl had large, pink eyes. She took off her coat and turned around, noticing a bunny tail attached to the end of her spine.
She knew this was not right. She was not supposed to look like that.
But then she realized… she did not remember how she looked like beforehand. She did not remember her name, where she was from… Nothing. The only thing that kept her going was a human’s survival instincts, and she wondered if that was enough to keep her going further.

She covered her petite body with the coat and stormed out, weeping into her palms. What was she to do? Where was she to go? She was a nobody, and she had nobody. She had nowhere to go, or a place to stay. She huddled up in a corner of a dark alley and sobbed quite loudly. It was all too much for her. She was lost.

“Excuse me.. Are you lost?”
She lifted her head to eye the stranger that stood in front if her, her cheeks stained with tears.
“Um, no..I’m homeless.” She responded blankly, sniffling afterwards.
The old man bent down and wiped her tears with his thumps, smiling warmly. “You can stay with me. I have always wanted a daughter.” He said, out of the blue. She instinctively refused, shaking her head.
“I have no intention of harming you.” He reassured her, with honesty glowing in his eyes.
She nodded and stood up, following the old man.

She had a feeling he was not just an ordinary man, and as soon as she arrived to his house.. or rather, his mansion, her theory was confirmed.  He was indeed not a normal man…
“I’m a wizard.” He stated so nonchalantly as if it was something ordinary. “And I know what happened to you. Do you want to know?”
She nodded, looking at him uneasily.
He chanted a spell within himself as he closed his eyes, and then began to speak matter-of-factly.
“They were experimenting illegally on humans. They had a project for ‘skinwalkers’ where they would provide humans with the ability to shape shift into an animal. Apparently yours was a rabbit, and you escaped mid progress, inhaling oxygen that reacted to the liquid you’ve been in, thus creating the power of Electrokinesis in which you used to kill the scientist.”

…………….
And that’s when the two began living together. She had the father she longed for, and he had the daughter he had always wanted. Abigail, he named her. And she loved the name. Every day, she learned more about herself, more about her abilities… and she came to accept herself the way she is.
